City’s Mobile Office will be stationed in Welgelegen next week
11 July 2026
The City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office is heading to the NG Kerk in Welegelen next week Thursday, 16 July 2026, where it will be bringing essential municipal services directly to the doorstep of residents. Residents are encouraged to skip the commute and use this opportunity to resolve any queries they may have and access City services.
The details are as follows:
- Thursday, 16 July 2026 from 09:30 to 13:30 at the NG Kerk, 47 La Provence Road, Welgelegen
The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically.
‘These mobile office visits bring essential municipal services closer to residents, making it easier to access support right in their own neighbourhoods. Residents can get assistance with non-emergency enquiries, including rates, water, electricity and refuse accounts. I encourage Welgelegen residents to make use of this opportunity and attend in large numbers. To help us assist you quickly and efficiently, please bring along your ID and municipal account details,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
